5月28日12时31分，由全球首架国产大飞机C919执飞的东航MU9191航班，由上海飞抵北京。这标志着C919圆满完成**商业航班飞行，正式进入民航市场，开启市场化运营、产业化发展新征程。

The C919, China's self-developed large aircraft, successfully completed its first commercial from Shanghai to Beijing on Sunday, marking its entry into the civil aviation market.

The flight, operated by China Eastern Airlines, took off as MU9191 at 10:32 a.m. from Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport with 128 passengers on board.

5月28日10时32分，搭载128名旅客的MU9191航班从上海虹桥国际机场起飞。

The plane was greeted with a water salute after touching down at Beijing Capital International Airport at 12:31 p.m.

12时31分，MU9191航班平安降落在北京首都国际机场，穿过象征民航**礼仪的“水门”，受到现场热烈欢迎。

"The commercial of the C919 means for the first time, China's civil aviation market has got the country's self-developed trunk jetliner," said Wei Yingbiao, vice of the Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China, Ltd. (COMAC), developer of the C919.

中国商飞公司副总经理魏应彪说：“C919圆满完成**商业航班飞行，标志着中国民航运输市场**拥有了中国自主研发的喷气式干线飞机。”

With business seats and 156 seats, this single-aisle C919 aircraft has passenger-friendly features, such as a 2.25-meter-high aisle ceiling and drop-down overhead bins. The middle seat of the economy class is 1.5 cm wider than its neighboring seats.

这架单通道客机的客舱共有8个公务舱座位、156个经济舱座位。过道高2.25米，下拉式行李舱节省空间。三座连排的座椅中，中间座椅比两侧座椅宽1.5厘米，人性化的设计受到旅客好评。

"The first commercial flight is a coming-of-age for the new aircraft," said Zhang Xiaoguang, of the marketing and sales of COMAC.

中国商飞公司营销委主任张小光说，C919投入商业运营是一款新机型的“成人礼”。
